Cancel Items or Orders #

You can cancel items or orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account. #

If your order hasn’t shipped:

Go to Order History.

  1. Choose an order
  2. Click on items you want to cancel.
  3. If you plan to cancel multiple items, click on cancel on each item

After submitting the cancellation request, we’ll send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your account.

You can also confirm that the order was cancelled by visiting Order History. If you see the order in the Cancelled Orders section, it was successfully cancelled.

If your order has been processed or shipped:

1. Go to Order History.

2. Click on Cancellation button.

3. Contact seller and inform seller of your cancellation and request seller to not ship the product if not shipped already

A refund will be initiated once the request is processed and in case you’re still contacted for delivery, please refuse the delivery.
