How to contact a seller

At MySocially, multiple sellers can sell a product. The final seller who receives the social buy collective order, is based on the price offered by the seller and seller reviews. A customer can contact a seller once the ordering window has been closed and the seller has been assigned the order.

How to contact a seller:

  1. Go to Order History.
  2. Select an order and click on order details.
  3. For all products for which the ordering window has been closed, the customer will be able to see Seller Name a 'Contact Seller' option.
  4. Click on 'Contact Seller' to send a message to the seller
